In order for us to protect our customers as well as the general public from scammers
and fraud, we need to verify your identity for your initial order.
In order for us to do that, and speed up your initial order process, please provide us with :
( For Buy E-currencies using Bank Wire )
1) a picture ID (Your Goverment ID, PassPort, Driver License ...).
2) a copy of a utility bill from within the last 4 months (such as a gas, electric, telephone bill or bank, credit card statement, etc)
Showing your Name and Home Address.
Write your E-currency Number on the utility bill before scan and send to HyGold.
This is a one-time verification:
Future orders from you will not require additional verifications.
Scan Your ID, utility Bill to a single .pdf, .gif, or .jpg file.
(If you don't have a scanner, you can also take a digital picture of your docs).
Attach these files and send to hygold.com@gmail.com
or Fax your Documents to (84) 8 62972740
If you don't have a utility Bill, you have to provide to HyGold 2 pictures ID.
( For Buy E-currencies using Western Union or Moneygram )
1) Payment have to sent at WU or MG agent (We do not accept send WU, MG online for first transfer).
2) You have to provide to HyGold your WU, MG receipt after payment was sent.
